Leadership Development

We are a leadership advisory firm that shape leaders who develop consciously, to go on a path of inward transformation; leaders who can use their thinking, feeling, and willing to perceive others and the needs of the community and acting on this perception with morality and responsibility.

We do not come in with ready-made theories, but rather develop together the goals and the means to get there. We accompany individual leaders, team, and wider organization towards respective development paths. As an organization comprises of individual people that forms a group, it too goes through phases of development from the pioneer stage (start/up through early growth), differentiation stage (extensive and intensive growth), and maturity.

We focus on several key areas:

Individual Development
Team Development
Organizational Development

We are associated with the Association for Social Development (ASD), an international network of individual, team, and organizational development facilitators, inspired by the social science work of Rudolf Steiner and the practical organizational development approaches of Bernard Lievegoed.

Our Capabilities
Cultural Transformation

Knowing what’s expected is an important part of feeling connected and confident in your work. We work with clients with the aims to clarify how each member of a team do things at an organization so that there is a sound foundation for the professional relationship each member can develop together.

Re-thinking, refreshing, re-imagining the business continues to call our new future in. As Leaders we have asked plenty of questions about what kind of ‘new’ will make an organization to be a special place sustainable into the future. It’s not change for change’s sake, but thoughtful understanding about a responsibility to have a sustainable and lasting organization for the next generation of leaders.

We partner with leaders of the organization to crystalize what’s important to each member of the organization and to define how the organization operates. We help clients to articulate core values and skills for people to understand and be committed as members of the organization, among others are how people communicate, creativity, curiosity, courage, and compassion.
